Sex after C-Section

I’m currently 3 weeks pp with baby number 2 and it was my first c-section. I brought up the topic of sex yesterday to my partner as I feel quite nervous for the unknown, he gave me a lot of reassurance, no pressure and comfort during this conversation for when the time comes we do have sex, I feel completely secure and know I can take my time.

What was the first time having sex like after your c-section?
Is there any certain positions or things you used/did to make it more enjoyable or comfortable?
How/where are you having sex with 2 kids?

Any advice is appreciated🩵

I’m 6 weeks post c section today and we did the deed a few days ago for the first time since my surgery. Honestly it didn’t feel any different than before which was a nice surprise! Just make sure you wait at least the 6 weeks before doing anything just to make sure you’ve healed enough! ☺️

Definitely after 6 weeks. I think it was more around 7/8. Do not do it before 6 weeks and definitely use protection and or birth control. So you don’t get pregnant again.

We went very slow I think I was on top a lot so I could decide how much movement there was

For me climaxing was painful at first so I didn’t let myself. After the first time I didn’t let myself until 3 months pp but sex didn’t hurt at all and felt the same

We had sex 3 weeks pp, and doggy was best as I could crunch my tummy in and not pull the skin and stretch the scar

Baby hospital bag

I think this should be everything I need but let me know if you think it’s missing anything important. I still need to wash the muslins and pack some readymade formula bottles (arriving from Amazon tomorrow!) Coming home outfit will be whatever they are wearing at the time of discharging us and we can take a cute announcement photo when we get home.

Doula Experiences

Hello! I was wondering if people wouldn’t mind sharing their experiences of working with a doula?

I love the idea, especially as a first time mum who wants a natural birth, but worry I’m just getting caught up in something that’s becoming more popular.

Thanks! 🙏🏼

Hey everybody☺️💞!!

A mom here really needs help. I tried to look to see if they have any groups for moms that are due in September and there is no groups so I really don’t know where to put this besides here I really need help I am 25 weeks pregnant rn with a baby girl she is breech do anybody have any tips on how I can get her in the right position because I had got rushed to the hospital the other day and I had asked the doctor or the nurse what would happen if she doesn’t go in the right position and they basically told me told me if she is not turned by time I make 29 weeks It is most likely that I will have to have a cesarean section (C-section) so I'm hoping and fucking praying this little girl turn the proper way I never had a breech baby before so I really don’t know what to do to help her get in the right position like I’m really stuck right now 💞💞🎀!!!

We have a son Henry and am pregnant with a girl. Super stuck for names.
We both love Harriet but know it will get shortened to Harri. Is this too close to Henry? Henry and Harri.
