This post is a question for all the mums out there!
It might sound like a joke, but when I'm breastfeeding my baby, she very often looks over my shoulder and starts smiling. The funny (and slightly creepy!) thing is that she always smiles at the same corners of the house, where there is absolutely nothing and no one.
I'm not going to lie, it creeps me out a little bit š. Sometimes I even ask her, "Who came to see you? Who are you smiling at?"
Has anyone else experienced this with their baby? Please tell me it's a normal baby thing and not that I have ghosts in my house! š»š

My three year old talks around 3 in the morning in her bed and then starts crying when I go in her room sheās sat looking at the wall šlast night I dared to ask who sheās talking to and she just laid down and went back to sleep ..

It is completely normal š They are drawn towards lines, edges and shadows at this stage.

In my culture we believe babies can see angels š¼ probably many other cultures have the same belief

Babies can def see more than we do! My 9 month old would play peek a boo with some āsisterā in the kitchen every night. I would tell the āsisterā to stop so she I could get her to sleep. I think they all come with āguardian angelsā too. The ones that make it so they miss bonking their head by a millimeter and all that. Probably sound like a kook, but Iām a believer.

I believe in spirits because I'm saved and the Holy Spirit lives in my heart. But I also believe that babies are more sensitive to the spirit world. It could be any of these options: He has that milk coma smile, he sees the shadows play on the wall and smiled, he sees a gentle spirit and is smiling at them because they smiled at him too. Not all ghosts are bad news.

My son always laughs randomly, at times at night he will laugh soo much at nothing / at the wall too
