C section or vaginal birth?

If you can give birth vaginally without complications, you should do so. It's the natural way women have been/ and are meant to give birth. A c/s should be the last resort if something is wrong, or you can't progress. Basically only if medically necessary. Recovery from VB is easier. A c/s is a surgery and definitely takes more time to recover from.

VB does not make you loose lol, it's super stretchy down there and recovers fine. I've had two VB babies and have had zero complaints from my hubby in that department (and he's not that big lol). If anything, it's a little tighter than before.
C-section is a major abdominal surgery with all the risks that come with major abdominal surgery, and brutal recovery. Some people choose it voluntarily, but personally I absolutely would not.
