Is there anyone here who fights overconsumption and avoids buying junk?
Buying things is making me a bit stressed lately, just to think about all what I will have to clean up, declutter, donate. It feels overwhelming.

Totally, we've got the majority of toys from family members so haven't bought much. I find my son much prefers random household items anyway to play with 🤣. For myself too, I don't have the latest of everything and don't really buy much in the way of materialistic stuff.

I buy a lot of books for our son, but it is always from a charity shop because you can't lose for 4/£1. Other than that I always try to get clothing off of Vinted and any toys off of Vinted as well. The only thing I have recently bought new was a car seat (self explanatory lol) and Moses basket mattress.

Nope. I love buying stuff

I love trinkets but hate plastic tacky shit
