Mama without a gym - workout advice for tone and strength

Hi ladies! I used to be a big gym girl, a climber and a runner but since kids I have zero access to a gym (no childcare) and not much time to myself.

I was 14st after baby 2 but have gotten down to 9st 9lbs over the last year but it’s time to get toned AF. I have little muscle strength left but I can see the tone right there under the surface, I want my abs and arms back! My goal is a bikini. I have never owned one and it’s time at 35 I had the confidence to finally wear one 👙

Any at home workouts you’d recommend for a busy mum who can’t go running anymore? I need to start at the beginning I think and build my stamina back up. I have a few dumbbells and a mat in terms of equipment.

am i tripping?

so i met my bd when i was 17, he was 44. at the time i recently moved to the states and i was living with my grandma and we weren’t the best of friends anyways i met him and he told me i could live with him, two months later on my 18th birthday i got pregnant. fast forward now, i found out he has 3 other kids by 3 other women who he HID from me. If I speak to any of my family members he starts an argument and threatens to kick me out. i’m also an immigrant so he threatens not to marry me so i get my papers. So he works on the weekend, everytime he works i have his 5 year old, he was granted custody of him because the mother was abusing substances. i am now 19 and its sad to say but if i wanted a 5 year old kid i would’ve had one. HES NOT IN SCHOOL BTW. So last night i told him i can’t babysit one weekend because my family and i want to do a little get together, he starts arguing that i should take HIS child. I don’t think that’s my responsibility, i am entitled to my child and still living my life. So because of that he threatened to stop proving, now i’m considering to go to the shelter and start brand new. what are your options? please tell me if im wrong

I honestly think it’s crazy work to be with someone whom u don’t trust!? I’m curious to know for those of you who have partners u don’t trust; how does ur relationship work without trust especially with kids or parenting? I know relationships aren’t perfect bt help me understand how do ppl exist in a relationship were there is no trust? Trust is built & is the core to any commitment so In my opinion; It’s a very important foundational pillar for healthy relationships

Heartbroken.

Literally want to throw up.
I realized many hours later that I left my wallet at the store. $400 cash, every debit / credit card. All my health insurances cards / prescription cards and kids. All our social security cards. License etc. I’ve been crying all night.

Do we go for Junior ISA?

My baby girl is 2 now, and I’m 30 weeks pregnant with another girl..

Family and friends for birthdays and special occasions send monies instead of buying gifts. I would like to put all that money together somewhere in the account and save it for her but I have no idea what to go for. There’s so much out there. I feel closest to Junior ISA, but so many providers and investing combinations it’s overwhelming how not informed and financially educated I am at this point ☹️☹️

What do you guys do? Any advice will help
