Does anyone have any idea what they’re doing with sleep?!
I have a 9 week old, when does bedtime start to matter ( she currently goes to sleep for the night anywhere between 10-1am, not by our choice)
When will she start going earlier and when will the last nap of the day start to matter?
Also we are out and about a lot (mainly the MIL’s which is then a 30 min drive home) if we do that late at night and baby falls asleep will that effect her night time sleep??
So many questions 🙈does anyone have any good resources I can look at. ( I’m not a fan of sleep consultants and I don’t like tracking everything such as huckleberry)

I would honestly not worry about any kind of bedtime or routine or worry too much about sleep right now at such an early stage. My daughter up until 6 months had bedtimes at 7,10,midnight, every night was different.
It wasn’t until she turned 6 months then we started to add in a bit of a routine and she settled into it straight away (and she’s 9 months now and still doesn’t sleep through the night haha)
Personally I would say don’t worry about timings or a routine until around the 6 month mark! Just go with the baby and what they do!
