For moms working remotely

How do you work with a 9-10 month old baby? Is it possible? I am seeking a salary position in my career path which is now at the mid-level/ senior level. This may take 50+ hours a week of work…not sure if I have to hire a nanny but really want to see my baby as much as I can but still do well in my role.
