I am really struggling with my anxiety lately, even just thinking about leaving the house sends me into a panic attack.
I'm on medication and I do some coping techniques but some days that isn't enough.
I don't know what else to do.

I can relate. I’m exactly the same. I rely on my partner quite a bit. Do you have a support system you can use?

I relate to this so much. I had to identify what the real anxiety was and make small, daily steps to build my confidence back while using the coping skills I had learned. (I was struggling to use the coping skills in the anxious moment).

Deep breathing exercises. Get on YouTube and do an anxiety deep breathing video. It helps a ton.
