I’m getting close to my due date now and it’s hit me that I have not done pelvic floor exercises this whole pregnancy! I am now worried is it too late to start? Does every mum to be actually them? How do I know I’m even doing them right?
Also who actually uses there exercise ball? To me it is so much effort!😂

Omg I feel you so much! I’m 31 weeks and started pelvic floor therapy and I would say is better late than never

It’s not too late, but do start! And I would highly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physio post partum too. 50 percent of women get some level of prolapse following birth. Don’t stress, but it’s worth taking seriously
