I make my baby food from scratch (she’s 6 months), like sweet potato veggie tots for example. I’ve been looking at recipes and they all seem to have egg or banana in them which she is allergic to. What can I use to bind food with instead of egg or banana?

There is a vegan egg alternative which is a pea protein. That works quite well for cookies ive made in the past for a vegan friend so possibly worth a try. But Greek yoghurt is a good option if you can use because its good protein and dairy for a baby
