I’m barely starting to use my watch consistently to close my rings , but I hate wearing it sometimes lmfaooo , I use the Lose it ! app to track my calories for the most part it’s free for the basics & I also use strava to track my workouts , walks & gym sessions ! if yall have strava add me !

I used to be big on bodybuilding and never found an app I really liked for logging my reps and weight. I used and still use a note card and pen. I also find it satisfying to binder clip the months and physically be able to look at my progress.
