Our little boy for the past week has fought his second nap so hard that sometimes he just missed it all together because he’s just absolutely refusing to go off.
We thought it was because he was ill but he’s better now and still refusing it.
I have no idea where to start for a 1 nap baby, what time would it be how do I do lunch and nap in the middle of the day 🤦🏻♀️

So my son has been on 1 nap for about 3 weeks now because the first nap was getting later and then the second nap was too late so bedtime was awful.
Wake up is between 6 and 7am. First nap can start from anywhere between 10.30 and 12pm. Then he normally sleeps for around 2 hours. I normally do lunch when he wakes up so between 12 and 2 depending on when he went down and his hunger cues.
Bedtime is then 6.30/7pm

Yes! My son is so much easier to put down now. He can have his nap anytime between 11.30-2pm. He just has an hour and a half. Sleeps so much better at night too and wakes later

We were the same with my boy. He just messed around for his afternoon nap that we ended up dropping it. He wakes around 7am, goes for a nap 12/12.30 til around 2.30/3 and then bed 8/8.30 and he sleeps through til morning

We are in the process of dropping to one nap, and he's my third. His first was around 9:30/10 and then second was around 12:30/1, same time as my toddlers nap.
On two nap days now, nap time is 1 ish until about 3.
On one nap days it's closer to 12:30 (in bed already, not just going in to do naptime routine at 12:30 like before) and he still often will sleep until about 2:45/3.
Bedtime is usually started around 7, sometimes earlier if extra tired or short nap, usually asleep by 7:30. We do all the bedtimes around the same time
