First birthday present ideas from mum and dad !

We are getting an activity table or cube. Not decided yet but something we would of brought for her anyway at some point so makes sense to get for her birthday

We've got her a walker, a rocking horse, some stepping stones, a ball pit, a dolls house and a foldee bike. Sounds like a lot but I actually got most of it second hand from free Facebook groups 😅

I'm expecting family to get her some clothes and smaller toys

I’m getting a wooden open ended play set (grimms dupe), her first doll (soft one) and wooden pushchair and maybe a dolls house or play kitchen. I’m asking family/friends for an outdoor water table, trike and any other wooden open ended toys as we’re revamping our toy collection!

Pickler climbing frame, trike, tonies box & my first tonies and / or any of their fave characters - great gift for endless ideas for other people gifting! Any kind of open ended toys, books, walker, ride on toy / balance bike, musical toys, mega blocks / duplo, first doll, activity cube/table, just some things myself and family have got for my boys birthday / things I’ve got him recently

Nursery

I’m sorry if I sound stupid but can someone please explain in dumb terms how nursery’s work applying and payment wise I’m self employed I made less than 10k last tax year this year will be about 15k ( what year does it go by when they mention earning x amount you are eligible for x)
How do I apply for funding. What funding am I entitled to do you do this before or after finding a nursery

I’m wanting to do maybe 3/4 days a week
I’m also on universal credit but I don’t get much from them maybe (200-400 a month) as I earn enough from self employment some months
I need my daughter to start as I know I can be earning more with the self employment but I don’t have time currently

HSV 1

My friend had something weird going on down there that they've now determined is due to an ingrown hair, but she got tested for all sti's and it turns out she has HSV 1. She's pretty sure her ex, who gets cold sores gave it to her but who knows how long she's had it as she's asymptomatic.

My husband cheated

While packing up my house (because my husband kicked me and my baby out) I found he hid condoms.
I texted him confronted and of course he pretended he didn’t know what it was.
I’m in shock I was already struggling with the idea that he just doesn’t love me 3 weeks after having his baby. But now to find out he’s been cheating or at least had the intention to?
I’m so hurt, confused, conflicted.
I can’t believe him.

In five years my bf has never let me touch his phone only 3 times and I had to wrestle it out of him ….should I just leave at this point I’m scared it’s something more than cheating like something scary

Has your husband ever mentioned divorce?

During arguments he will always tell me that we've got until X amount of time. Let's say Christmas, until he files for a divorce. He's even looked at divorce lawyers before now during an argument. 9 years later and we are still married, he's not mentioned it for about a year now because I gave him an ultimatum but I still think about it.

The words he said and how many times he's done it. I've lost count tbh. I've never done it, for context and my reply is always "okay" because he's done it that many times I know now he won't follow through with it.

Still it hurts, the mention of it.
