Waters?

I’d just been for a wee and I felt a click type of feeling my knickers were wet. Put a pad in and they are a little wet I keep feeling like I’m trickling but questioning myself 100%

If your in doubt and not sure ring up your maternity triage, they will want to examine to check as if they have gone there’s a risk of infection x

I would definitely recommend going and being seen as this definitely sounds like your waters have broken

Sounds like it from what I have heard but I can’t say 100% I’m pregnant with my first and waiting around for mine to go. I have been told to call MAU with any questions if unsure might be best to call them. Hope all is well x

They will continue to keep trickling if it’s your waters , keep a pad on and you’ll know for definite in half hour , they don’t always gush call triage and they will confirm for you if in doubt

Keep a pad on and ring up, they do a quick swab if you’re unsure / they’re unsure. I had a click type feeling with my first and then they went but I had poly so it was very obvious they’d gone 🤣. Could be your back waters if the trickle isn’t as obvious as such, or even just a slow leak x

If it keeps tricking it’s likely your waters have broken, this is very similar to what happened to me and a couple hours later I was in active labour. Best of luck

Am I overreacting???

My LO's 2nd birthday was yesterday. We kept it small with immediate family and a few friends. A couple of people didn't show, but overall it was a great turnout, and my daughter had the best time.

After the party, my MIL called to tell us how wonderful everything was—the location, the party, how much LO enjoyed herself—and that we should be proud. It was so thoughtful.

Then my mom's only comment was: “That's why we eventually stopped doing birthday parties for you guys. No one shows up, and it's expensive."

No "she looked so happy" or "that was fun". Just negativity.

I'm honestly hurt. Why focus on who *didn't* come, instead of celebrating a happy little 2-year-old who was surrounded by people who love her? My daughter won't remember how many people were there, but I'll always want to celebrate her.

So yeah, all of that to ask if I’m overreacting for being upset with my mom and not speaking to her atm.

Do you think having a home birth is inconsiderate if you leave in an apartment?

Because of how loud you’ll be, it’s a long journey, walls are thin already can hear everything now. (Not my situation, saw it elsewhere and never thought about this situation)

Numbness

Hi pretty mommas, I had an emergency C section 5 weeks ago. My belly is bit numb in some areas and can’t feel anything. Did anyone else experience this? Because I am concerned now. Xx
