High calories. Full fat everything?

This sounds so much like what my friend is going through. She spoke to a nutritionist and she described to her diffeeent ways to make LO’s meals more calorie dense in a healthy way like adding more elements with healthy fats like nuts and seeds butters, olive oil, avocado, Add heavy cream to scrambled eggs, use full fat milk and cheeses with your cooking. If your toddler like peanut butter you can pretty much add it to anything- apples, bananas, bread, porridge, wheatabix.. there are a lot of ideas online as well for high calorie meals
