I don't know why,but when i tell my girl we are visiting my mom she will say no and getting ready and getting her out of the door to thier house is huge struggle. Am so confused cause once we get to thier house she is so happy to see my mom and dad and asks them to play with her. And they spoil her. I can't but to wonder is something bad, happened, but am always there. They watch over at least only 4 times, and my other siblings are there to help cause my parents are not doing well with thier legs and thier older. I want to see my mom, so it hurts that am struggling to get my girl to go see them. Why does she not want to go,but when she she's them she is so over joyed. I just want to cry cause I want to see my mom. Is this normal behavior

How old is your daughter? Is she at an age you can sit down and ask her why she doesn’t want to go?

She is 3, and i have tried the sit down and ask y she does not want to go

So my son when he was 3 wouldn't like to leave the house... he was a homebody... once we were out it was fine, but it was the whole process leading up to being out that sucked

When i ask if she is scared or nervous she will just shake her head

We did stay home a lot now cause is to hot out and when it nice to go out it was to dark.

Is it only going to the grandparents, or other places as well? Do you give her a warning well before packing up?
It's common with kids that they get engrossed in an activity and don't like to be interrupted. If you were in the middle of a good book or your favorite show, would you be happy to have someone say suddenly "OK time to leave"?
My kids are often the same with going anywhere. They don't want to go out, then they don't want to come home. As long as nothing else happens, I think this isn't much to worry about.

Is actually only when we visit her grandparents, she did it for a while when we would go to the library. I do the five minutes warning
