So up until 4 months I was told they need to eat every 2 hours. But my sons pediatrician told us we should've already started waiting til the 3 hr mark. Mine just turned 5 months and will go ballistic at the 2 and a half hour mark if she hadn't been fed yet. But I checked my app and she averages a feed every 1 and a half to 2 hours. Basically if she last ate at 3:45 home girl is hungry at early 5. My son was the same way and our pediatrician told us to stalk and offer a puree at the 2 ND a half mark and offer a bottle next time he fussed. What do you all do? Would appreciate some tips and tricks or just confirmation that I'm not alone!

How much are you feeding? We were feeding our daughter 4 Oz every 2 hours. We bumped it up to 5 Oz and she eats every 3 hours now

Try increasing the size of each bottle by half an oz

My son is breastfed, so he feeds on demand; sometimes only an hour has passed and he’s hungry again. He’s still just exploring purees, so I don’t want to upset him by taking away his milk.
