I think once you get 1 video the algorithm will show you more

My fave high protein & easy meal is ground beef (seasoned with paprika, garlic salt, pepper) with hot honey drizzled on top, cottage cheese, and sweet potato/yams with brown sugar & butter! I put the sweet potato/yams in the air fryer for 18 min @ 400. You can also add slices of avocado for healthy fats. Super easy & fast to make.
Lemon pepper chicken thighs (oven): Lemon pepper seasoning, olive oil, paprika, garlic salt, onion powder & squeeze half a lemon. Let it marinate for at least an hour. On a single baking dish, put the thighs, cut up potatoes & season them, asparagus, & cut up some lemon slices & bake @ 375 for 40 min covered in foil, 20 min uncovered, 5 min broil
Steak & fettucine
Spaghetti/any type of pasta w/ garlic bread

My favourite go-to since way before postpartum is cooking a ton of rice to have ready in the fridge, and then always something in bulk to go with it.
The last two weeks Ive fried up ground chicken, seasoned it with curry powder (it’s not spicy if you don’t over do it), and then add a small thing of heavy whipping cream. Let it simmer for a bit and then I add in a whole bag of diced cauliflower for volume, and then throw in a whole can of cut green beans.
It’s an addiction… lol and then I just scoop out rice on to a plate, add the chicken on top and microwave.

I also love making soups and freezing it in to sandwich size ziplocs for quick single serve grabs.

Highly recommend making your regular favorites and simply freezing the leftovers. That’s what I did the second time around and it was great cuz I didn’t necessarily want days worth of the same thing.
