Ladies… how THE FUCK r we getting through our c sections?! The only thing keeping me going r the Percocets. I did not want a c section at all and this is day 1 of getting to walk around finally and I just can’t even. I literally don’t want to move at all. But my baby boy is just the cutest thing ever omg. I jus wish I did vaginal because fuck this shit

I had a c section after a myomectomy removing fribroids the pain wasn’t extremely bad I was on Motrin and oxy

Pain meds helped me a lot

Maybe they can give you another medicine than Percs

2 time c section mama here!! I feel you so deeply. This is going to sound awful, but trust me when i say this: MOVE!!! Move move move. Walk to the potty. Take a little stroll down the hall. Do it in little increments. Rest. And move again when you can. Obviously do not over do it. But if you keep moving and stay up on your pain meds, 2 weeks tops and the pain will be manageable again. I promise. Listen to your body. You got this 🤍 congratulations on your beautiful baby boy!!!

Staying at n top of your meds. Honestly I found that the more I moved the better I felt

No pls, there were 3/4 people in my ward with the same name as me. I kept asking for pain meds over and over for hours, turns out they were just dosing up the other girls with my name instead 😭

I don’t have recommendations for the pain itself other than make sure to stick to the times given and mention it if it’s definitely like unbearable. BUT MY BIG THING WAS, Don’t forget to take the stool softeners!!! And request a gas x if they’ll give it 😅

I know how u felt it gets better this was my first c section im on week 1 on the recovery it will get better

GIRL 🥴 my 1st born was a vaginal birth 12 yrs ago, and now I'm having my 3rd c section in a month.....c section recovery is NO JOKE AT ALL 😩😩cold/warm compress on or around the scar helped me, it depends on your pain tolerance or preference honestly....

it was a lot to process, and i didn’t have much pain management. they gave me dilaudid for one day and the rest of the time i had to take tylenol, but the more you move around the easier it becomes to deal with the pain. i know it seems like a lot to move around so soon, but it really does help.

Honestly walking about was the best. Only had pain meds for a day after i went home and they wouldnt touch it so just fucked them off

Maybe I have a high pain tolerance but after my c-section the pain was bad the first day but after that it didn’t really bother me I actually opted to do a c-section this time 🤣🤣🤣🤣

alternate between tylenol and motrin! take hot showers wherever you can and don’t pick anything heavy. congrats on your bundle of joy 🩵

You gotta move, even if you don’t feel like it. Mobility is key to recovery and it gets easier every day. Day 1 is rough but tomorrow will be better.
Congrats, he’s beautiful 🩵
