Please tell me I’m not the only one 😭

Are there any other mamas who are genuinely pissed off at their husband for barely helping at night??? He tries, so I feel so bad … but I’m EXHAUSTED!!!!!!!!! I’m on ALL the time and I start work next month, so I’m freaking out.

Me and my husband have an agreement that he gets the baby on weekends because I don’t work and I let him sleep during the week but I still end up getting the baby most of the time and it’s so frustrating

When did you talk about it with him what does he say? Like what’s his issues with waking up and helping at night? Maybe taking turns like first half he wakes up and second half you do it can help?

My husband works full time, I’m a SAHM and he still does the whole night since baby is 3 months old cause I just can’t function on broken sleep. Our baby used to wake up 3-5 times now 1-2 only but still I can’t and I’m super grateful for him doing this.
There was no discussing it much for us, I told him I can handle all day no problem if he can do nights and he took over immediately (he naps when he gets home from work). Also I never breastfed so I know it’ll be more complicated if I did

Exhausted?

Does anyone else ever just feel physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted? Idk what to do anymore, I’m not sure who to talk to about it, if I tell my husband he’s gonna take it super personally like he does with everything and I’m not dealing with that 🤦‍♀️

If you were induced, what did you end up having?

With interventions I mean forceps/ventouse, episiotomy etc

My SIL is debating between induction and a planned c section if she goes over her due date. She is high risk so her doctors aren’t letting her wait for spontaneous labour after a certain time.

I have not heard of anyone having a positive no intervention vaginal birth after an induction and everyone I know ended up with c sections or a traumatic vaginal delivery with forceps and episiotomy.

Did anyone have a positive induction with no interventions? Might be nice for her to hear some positive experiences but also be realistic about her expectations.

Postpartum bleeding

Should I be concerned about light spotting at almost 7 weeks postpartum? My bleed was at the yellow discharge stage and I have started spotting. There’s no clots or filling a pad but I’m not sure if it’s normal or I should be worried.

C-section or episiotomy

I feel with the current state of UK maternity services if I attempt a vbac its either going to end in an emergency c-section or an episiotomy as ive been told my only option is a consultant led ward due to my first baby being breech went i went into labour. So should I go for an elective c-section or the inevitable episiotomy?
