10month old only sleeping 9 hours overnight

Having to push bedtime to 9pm so baby can sleep until 6am. I’m exhausted! Anyone else? She has 2 naps a day. Around 2-2.5 hours of day sleep. 😭

Going thru the same thing with my 4 month old. But he will go to sleep during the day for only about 30 mins then wake up and stay up for most of the day. I can't get him to stay asleep during the day for naps anymore . But when I turn mickey mouse on at night he will fall asleep at night and Stay asleep for 5 hrs .

Hi mamas 💕 I wanted to ask if any of you have experienced this with your baby. My baby recently fell off the bed, and I’m feeling very worried. He cried right away, calmed down, and has been acting normal, but I would love to hear from other moms who have gone through something similar. Thank you 🤍

Breastfeeding

hi everyone! first time mum here to my 11 day old baby boy. I've been breast feeding my baby and I wondered is it normal for him to want to be on my boob every hour? I know it's for his comfort too but I wanted to know if anyone else experienced this and does it get better, will he eventually stop latching as often? he wakes in the night every hour and a half for a feed so I'm pretty exhausted. my midwife is happy with my latch and said he's getting what he needs, however im only pumping 1oz a day so I'm struggling to make enough for a bottle in between breastfeeding for my partner to help me. any advice or tips please? ☺️

I feel like a bad mum (long post sorry)

I feel like a bad mum lately

I suffer with depression and I know that its getting worse and ive got in contact with my doctors

But Im struggling everyday to want to get out of bed, keep the house tidy and cook for myself or my partner
I cook for my little girl who is 1 cause I know she needs that food

But I feel like i struggle to make a connection with her, i cant seem to play with her, she has all her toys on the floor and shes happy to play by herself and im happy to watch her and read the books she brings to me but I find myself doom scrolling all day long and I cant seem to stop myself even though i want to play with her but I cant stop going on my phone and everytime she turns to look at me im on my phone

I love my little girl and she is the reason for me to get out of bed but sometimes I wonder if im good enough for her.
I cant seem to find the motivation to do anything at all most days or somedays im trying to do everything and feel like a failure

I feel like ive become agoraphobic, I dont like leaving the house as where I live there isnt much around, I dont drive and public transport is Nonexistent, the onle time i go out is on the weelend with my partner but its not always something family fun, most of the time its to get stuff for the house as we are still renovating

Im worried im never going to get better and never going to enjoy my little girl, when she was a baby we would have lots of cuddles and she would nap on me a lot but before her birthday we had lots to do to get the house ready for her 1st birthday party that she was having naps in her cot and she hadnt had a nap on me for 2 months now

When she hurts herself and cries she doesnt come to me to get cuddles she sits and cries until I go to her to give her a cuddle

I just feel like im drowning 😢

Massage or chiropractor

It's my birthday today and some family member have given me some cash to treat myself with..
I'm 37 weeks pregnant and though I've been lucky to not have many aches and pains during the earlier months, these last couple of weeks (heatwave is probably not helping) have been a little uncomfortable to say the least.

Last time I was seen by the midwife baby was engaged. And defo feels it now when I'm walking 😅 ache lower back/hips and yesterday the arches of my feet felt like they were going flat it was so uncomfortable (I don't think they are again think it's just the weight and heat?)

What would you guys recommend at this stage in pregnancy? Having a massage or contact a chiropractor? I never thought of chiropractor but have seen other pregnant ladies highly recomending seeing a chiropractor.

Thanks for taking time to read.
Love 💜

Can you have a phone call while looking after your toddler?

Not a 5 min call for logistics or whatever, I mean a proper call to catch up.

A relative of mine is putting pressure on me to have phone calls but as a stay at home mum, I'm with my toddler constantly and I usually can't hear myself think if I attempt a proper chat over the phone
