Ever since we found out we’re pregnant we fight so much more than we used to, and it doesn’t seem to click for either of us that we’re going to be parents soon. We both have zero patience for the other and end up saying some hurtful things because of it. I don’t even recognize our relationship anymore and it worries me so much. I’m scared we aren’t going to get through this. Is it normal to fight more often? How did you deal with pregnancy rage affecting your relationship?

Yes it can be normal. Good advice I was given was don't make any permanent decisions until atleast 1 year post partum (unless of course the relationship is abusive). Might not be what you want to hear but hormones can wreck havoc on everything, give it time to let them settle x

Your hormones are doing crazy ass things. Try and have some conversations when you aren’t feeling massively hormonal but yes it can be totally normal.

My husband gives me a lot of leeway when im pregnant because im usually a hormonal mess. Lots of crying and moodiness. Men tend to want to fix things and when they don't know how to fix something they can get frustrated. I told my husband when we had our first pregnancy that if im crying or being irrationally upset that all I needed him to do was listen and give me a hug if im crying. And that I was just super hormonal and I myself knew I was being irrational/crazy😂 sometimes I would catch myself being crazy and start laughing and he would too. Now that Im not pregnant we get a good laugh at how I was lol but in the moment it does feel real.
Also sitting down and talking about how pregnancy and parenting is SO HARD. However you guys are a team and are both experiencing hard things. Men tend to start having anxiety about making sure they can take care of you and baby and protecting you (keeping a job, making good enough money if you end up noy being able to work, etc). Making sure youre happy. Im not saying
