Wondering if anyone felt a need to have their mom around as they became a mom? My mom and i have a strained relationship. I’m 10 months post partum and I still feel sad and feel grief over how inactive she has been for me and the baby.

I guess I wish I had more guidance since I’m new to this.

Is this normal?

Ever since we found out we’re pregnant we fight so much more than we used to, and it doesn’t seem to click for either of us that we’re going to be parents soon. We both have zero patience for the other and end up saying some hurtful things because of it. I don’t even recognize our relationship anymore and it worries me so much. I’m scared we aren’t going to get through this. Is it normal to fight more often? How did you deal with pregnancy rage affecting your relationship?

Hi, guys! So I got super horny earlier and jumped on my husband's lap. I was riding him harder than a horse. I am normally gentle and try to avoid sex overall when pregnant due to worrying about baby. I am just 12 weeks. Now I am super nervous that I might have hurt baby and shake him up too much 😫. Lonely

Anyone else finding this time really lonely? Ive signed up for a few local classes but all the mums either know each other and stick together /not really open for other friendships or pop in and out of class quickly going there just for the sake of the class vs social aspect. Im alone with my baby all the time and im finding it really isolating. I hoped to make some mum friends but that's not been the case for me

Feeling increasingly lonely in pregnancy

Hi all ,
Im 24 weeks pregnant and recently have felt increasingly isolated . Everyone is messaging my partner about the baby or how I am but no one is actually messaging me seeing how I’m doing .
I have no family due to growing up in care , I’ve never really minded not having my own family but I think this pregnancy is making me realise how many women lean on their mums/family at this time .

My partner does not seem to understand. I also feel like I’m the one pushing for things to get done such as organising babies things and decluttering the house.They won’t do something unless I nag which is making me feel worse as they then say their trying but to me it’s not good enough :(
Is this normal or has anyone else been in similar situation?
