I am looking for ways to cope as a first time mom during this season, and methods to soothe my newborn so he will sleep and it won’t feel like a trench I am in 😖 he eats every 2 hours, and even when he’s comfortable he’s not satisfied.

Are you breastfeeding or using formula? Maybe he’s got a bit of colic?
Try holding him tummy down (look up “colic hold”) turning on some calmer music you enjoy (my bub liked acoustic songs) and rock/sing to your baby. It helps reduce your stress too, which will put your LO at ease. Don’t be afraid to ask for help from friends/family and also, sometimes it’s just a mindset thing for the self. You will miss this time no matter how much you’re suffering now. Embrace the sleep deprivation and snuggle that child as much as you can. They’ll be independent and unstoppable before you know it and you’ll wish for these days when they needed you the most. The eating will start to stretch out before you know it.
Also, doing bicycles and leg wiggles with baby on back can relieve tummy discomfort in case that’s a factor. They can’t necessarily tell you if that’s the case
