18 month regression - sleep!😭😭😭

Please tell me others are going through this regression stage?!🥱🥱

My daughter used to sleep through 7:45-6-6:30 but now the past 2-3 weeks, it’s been at least 3-5 wake ups, throwing her dummies around everywhere, smacking both me and my partner, screaming / crying hysterically and LOUD for more than 2 hours, won’t self settle but also won’t settle on either me or my partner.

We went away for the week and she slept 1 night 10:45pm - 2:56am and was wide awake refusing to sleep we didn’t give in she stayed in her cot, but was awake the whole time 😭😭

How is everyone coping with this phase? As I’m STRUGGLING.

Most days I’m feeling so poorly because off how tired and drained I am. I have no one to really help. My partner is only home Friday - Sunday due to his job. So majority off the time I’m solo parenting🥱😴

One tired mumma over here 😴😢

I feel you!!! We went through it the other week and then she went back to sleeping through for around a week and now the last 3/4 nights we’re back to it… it really is so draining and I solo parent 24/7🙃 I point blank refuse to co sleep or get her out her cot as she’s always been an independent sleeper and I think if I was to start getting her out now she would never go back🤣 the feeling drained in the day is so realllll, I’ve had headaches consistently with the lack of sleep, it’s hard out here but we got this somehow🤷🏻‍♀️🤣🤣

Weaning off of breast to only bottle

i'm so lost on what to do. My baby is nine weeks old and I'm trying to wean off of breast-feeding and only do bottle feeding milk. He keeps refusing bottles. I tried the Dr. Brown ones. I'm gonna try the pigeon ones next if anyone has any tips on how to just wean off of breast and only get bottles please let me know I'm struggling.

Going abroad with baby for first time

Planning a much needed trip to Greece, and I’m wondering what to do about a car seat. We will be renting a car and I’ve seen that you ca rent a car seat but it’s sometimes a bit hit and miss on the condition and availability. So on that basis do we take our own? How does it work taking it on the plane? And what happens if it gets lost?!
Thank you!

Could I have (accidentally) harmed her?

I’m panicking. I just moved from EBF to formula three weeks ago (baby is 6 months) and I use a Tommy tippee prep machine to help making the bottles. Because of sleep deprivation, I must have set the settings of the prep machine all wrong, because I’ve only just clocked that I’ve been giving her 7 scoops of formula but 8 oz of water. It’s meant to be 7 scoops for 7 oz, so I’ve essentially been giving her overly diluted bottles for three weeks now. How severe is this? Do you think these three weeks could have harmed her? Do I need to take her to see a doctor urgently? She seems to be doing well and seems to be her normal happy self, but I want to make sure I haven’t done something terribly wrong for her health. (Please be nice, I didn’t do this on purpose, my baby wakes up every hour these days so I’m very sleep deprived and brains not working)

Hospital bags

Hi there, did anyone take breast pumps to hospital if you’re planning to breastfeed? Is this recommended?
