Those who are working, preferably those who been in the business for over a year.
Would you say that you’ve grown close to your co workers, or it’s always gonna be professional.
Do you end feeling like they become a friend more than a co worker?
Basically I hear stories of male workers falling for female co workers and I’m just wondering.. what makes that happen? Like is it by slowly getting to know that person..? Or just always being around them?
Like in your case, do you get close with your male workers? Or do you respectful always keep it professional and don’t share your life story

I met my partner at work 🤣🤣
We did try to keep it professional but we gradually became very close and decided to give it a shot. We’ve been together 4 years now.
We did both go into different roles after about 6 months of being together because we were both in management and new positions came up in different branches.
We did keep it strictly professional at work. No one knew we were together until we left. Other than him, I don’t tell anyone at work my life stories or much about me I think that also comes with being in management though.

I worked in male dominated fields my whole life (only just stopped working this February) and I had great relationships with my coworkers.
Of course it’s professional but at 40 hours a week you see these people more than your family. You get to know them very well, their families, their interests. It’s almost impossible not to talk about your lives and plans when you are sat with each other, travelling with each other, socialising after work together, dealing with stress as a unit.
I’d have gone insane sat in silence for 15 years avoiding talking to anyone and keeping it strictly work.
