Nighttime Nappies

My little one is 7 months old and we’ve always used Aldi nappies, he’s currently in size 3 and size 4 is just too big. Recently he’s started leaking through the night, I’m guessing from all the rolling he does in the night. Can anyone recommend a good brand that can be used on a night time? TIA x

We’ve used Aldi nappies for as long as I can remember! At one point we had this issue because he was drinking milk a lot at night so we tried peachies nappies and pampers active and these two were somehow worse! We ended up sizing up even if it was slightly big and the leaks stopped

We use supermarket nappies during the day and pampers at night. Not had any leaks since started using pampers at night for us thankfully!

We use Pampers pull ups overnight and never had an issue with them at all they can last up to 14 hours in our experience

I noticed this with aldi especially when my little one started rolling and sleeping longer. I think the fuller it gets if it is pressed on when rolling it leaks

Rocking chair yes or no

Hey mamas! I’m having my first baby and I’m sorting out his nursery so no clue on some things. My question is a rocking chair a necessary or helpful item to purchase for the nursery or is it a waste of money and space? Xx

I appreciate any advice xx

Not sleeping !! FOMO baby 👶

My 16 week old, will not sleep!
She has just turned 16 weeks today and over the last week or so it has been increasingly difficult to settle her.
She’s always been difficult to settle but also very advanced - she’s sitting mostly independently, grabbing toys, putting everything in her mouth and showing all the signs she ready to be weaned (due to start very soon) & definitely already teething!
She has mostly slept in the pram/movement, rocked or BF to sleep - I’ve tried every other way, she just gets frustrated & refuses.
But it’s getting worse, to the point she’s having 4/5 hour wake windows and getting so distressed because she just won’t settle no matter how hard I try or what I do.

She doesn’t sleep in the car, pram anymore.
And is so unhappy all the time because she’s tired.

Honestly, I am stuck - I really have tried everything and I don’t know what to do.

I’m a tired mama, but my heart breaks for her because she’s so tired but can’t seem to settle or stay asleep.

Any suggestions? Is it just me or are there other mama’s having the same? Because this feels really overwhelming and lonely.

Thank you in advance for any tips!! 🤍

Will giving my BF baby mess up latching?

Baby is only 2 weeks, eats from a bottle occasionally no problems and latches to me no problems. But I there are times where I cant keep baby latched or need a break, and am tempted to give baby a pacifier.

Mommas, do you believe there’s such a thing of “spoiling” your newborns?

I have some people tell me that I spoil my newborn by holding her too much. She is a month old. Anytime she cries I tend to her. I give her contact naps when she’s fighting sleep and I hold her when she wants to be held.

Does this bother anyone else like it bothers me? I don’t know, this is my first baby and I want her to feel secure and loved.

Is it ppd?

Im 10 weeks postpartum and I’ve never been so quick to anger before and get mad about the smallest things. I get upset/feel guilty after about getting mad or irritated at my husband or baby. I hate feeling this way😕
