I think my dressing is Honeycomb style u got it taken off today and it was so painful as some pubic hair got stuck there and my midwife was literally yanking at it. Due to the overhang it's hard to check if it's healing well and it still seems wet and sticky from the style of dressing. Any tips?

I would wash it with gentle soap of some sort and pat it dry and lay down on your bed and let it air dry all the way. Have your significant other or someone close to you look at it. I also had my significant other take a picture of it for me so I could see it easier in the beginning of my healing with Csection 2.

My hubby cleans mine for me as i have an overhang xxx

I kept rolling a muslin and putting it underneath- it made it feel better 😊

I developed and kept an overhang. I would put my phone on the counter recording and lift my belly in front of it and slowly pan my body to the side, that way you can see everything and if it is infected you have proof to send the OBGYN

just wash, keep dry, and i found it was easier to wear the Postpartum panties while my scar was healing otherwise it stuck to my undies and clothes.
