Does anyone know if this is normal? Or anyone else relate?

Hey! So I was wondering if anyone is currently experiencing this or has with prior pregnancies?

So as of lately I’ve been having really bad pelvic pain and pressure down there (as well as an achy feeling down there) but lately when I do too much during the day like cleaning or packing or lifting boxes or my daughter a bunch etc (I’m in the middle of moving) it hurts really bad and I have to lay down because it feels so heavy down there and painful 😖 I don’t remember having this with my first. With my first I had some pelvic pain but not in the way that I’m currently having it

(Another odd thing) I have tattoos and I have this tattoo across my thigh its words. Well half of one of the words has been swollen and painfully itchy like the lines are raised like crazy and there’s not a single day that it doesn’t itchy and hurt. So odd to me I’ve had this tattoo for over a year now.

Anyways that one is more weird and annoying than anything but wanted to know if anyone is currently or has experienced either one of those things.

(Picture below is of the tattoo it looks so weird… and messed up)

I am currently sitting down cause of doing too much moving and having pelvic pain and pressure lol. This is my third though. I am doing PT and was told it could be: 1) swelling happens as the baby gets bigger and can put pressure down in that area, 2) possible tight pelvic floor, 3) weak core putting more strain on your pelvis and back to compensate. I have diastasis recti so that contributes as well.

Seems normal but would mention to your OB!

Idk what the difference in pregnancies is, but I had the pelvic pain in my second and now my fourth. I just recently started getting the pain when I do too much during the day, too. I remember it starting this way then getting worse where I couldn’t roll over in bed without it hurting..I hope that doesn’t come or it is a while before it progresses to that.

Idk how the tattoo thing could be related, but I would def ask your dr.

I’d definitely talk to your doctor but sounds kinda similar to the round ligament pain I was having (which apparently can come a lot sooner after your first pregnancy) my PT told me to try and do some mild inversions like Puppy pose if you’re cleared for that.

Are gender scans worth the money

I think £75 is a lot of money to find out the gender before the hospital appointment but when you find out through the hospital it’s a annoying they can’t write it down just in case they get it wrong

Do you think it’s worth finding out?

Keep trying or leave it

When pregnant with my now 10 month old a friend of mine was pregnant but 3 months behind me . She ended up having a late miscarriage or I’m not sure is it classified as stillborn . She was approx 21 weeks ( anatomy scan ) and had announced it to everyone . We don’t live too close so sympathising was though a brief phone call and messages . Since this she has not connected with me . It’s been over a year . I have messaged her 4-5 times since her miscarriage and I’ve left space between the messages and left them open to reply to or let her know she can take more time . However she either likes the message ( just once ) or reads and ignores it . I sent one last week which was left on read . I just tell her how much I miss her and that she’s always on my mind . I never mention my baby . Do I just leave it at this point . I know it was a difficult time for her and she went ghost for awhile . We had been excited to raise babies close in age . Any advice ? She was a good friend not a best friend but I would see her a few times a year and text often and we were both married which is something not many of my other friends related to .

Pregnant after emergency c section

We just found out we are pregnant and I am so so happy! We did have an emergency c section after a failed induction in Sept of 2025.

All in all my recovery was good I was running and lifting by 12 weeks and I have healed one thing I have not anticipated is the mental aspect of the c section. I am worrying at night now about it.

How did you handle the pregnancy after an emergency c section?

Pregnant at 4 months pp

Just found out I am pregnant at 4 months pp🫣 I’m not shocked to be honest but I am at the same time if that makes sense! Looking to see if anyone has the same kind of age gap that my 2 little ones will have? So my little one isn’t even going to be a year old by the time her little brother/sister is here. Not looking for judgement just looking for advice and what I need to be prepared for ect… thank you :)

I’m tired of this grandpa…

Currently 39 weeks 2 days. Baby does not seem to be ready to come out. Have not experienced any Braxton hicks or any contractions whatsoever… I spoke with my doctor and he said I could elect an induction this week.. or if she isn’t after 40weeks 3days they will conduct the induction no if and or buts.. I want her out but I feel selfish..
