(Don’t judge I feel like this is giving bad mum enough🫣😂)
It’s my partner’s mums birthday coming up and my baby is seven weeks old I feel on edge leaving him as it is and all I read is people not being able to leave there baby till they’re over 2 months, is it bad if I do go for the night and leave him with a family member ? And is it bad that I’m even considering going 🥲🥲

12 months was the first time I left my baby with my husband for 2 days.. if you feel ok about it and you are not to worried you should definitely go! I was so anxious when she was a newborn couldn’t even be in a different room without her…

I left my baby at 5+ weeks for my birthday😶🫣

Lol no it isn't bad. There is absolutely no right or wrong answer, it entirely depends what you need and what you're comfortable with.. personally I've always trusted and felt comfortable with my mum watching my kids. My firstborn was 6 weeks old because it was my 30th and my husband wanted to take me out. My second is going this weekend at a month old because I'm so sleep deprived I don't know which was is up 😂 again tho! I only trust my mum. Find what works for you & don't worry about what other people do! X

I’ve let my husband sleep overnight with my daughter starting when she was 10 months when I desperately needed sleep. Once my daughter’s fully weaned, I’ll let her go to my parents house for sleepovers. She’s 13 months now

My husband and I just had this conversation the other day. When she's able to talk and communicate properly is when she can stay without him or I. Until then, one or both will be with her.
