Hi

👋 Hi everyone, I’m Joan!

I’m 31 and turning 32 soon 🎂, and I’m a proud mum to 3 wonderful children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💕

I’m really hoping to meet some lovely, kind people and make some genuine friends 🫶 Since becoming a mum, I’ve sadly lost a lot of friends over the years, and it’s left me feeling like I really need some good people in my life who will stay 🥺💛

I’m super easy-going and up for anything really ☺️ I’m loyal, caring, and I’ll be the best friend you could ask for — I just want that in return 🤝✨

If you’re looking for a real friend, someone to chat with, laugh with, and be there for each other — please say hi! 👋💬 I’d love to get to know you 🥰

Would u leave ur partner because they don’t pay bills on time?

Might be kind of a strange question (maybe not) but would you leave ur partner because they don’t pay their/shared bills on time? Is that a deal breaker for some or a red flag? 🚩 LMK

Mums in the Creative Industry?

Hi everyone.

I'm looking to connect with other mums in the creative industries. I'm a singer-songwriter and performer, and since becoming a mum I've realised how hard it can be to find people who understand the balance between creativity, gigs, motherhood.

I'd love to meet fellow musicians, artists, writers, actors, dancers, photographers, or anyone working in the arts. Whether you're freelancing, building a business, or just trying to find your creative spark again, it'd be lovely to connect, chat, and support one another.

Having my daughter made me hate my career

I am 2 months postpartum (10 weeks) and I return to work tomorrow. My daughter is the sweetest baby girl, she is so easy to care for, breastfeeding has been a breeze, she barely cries, sleeps well, and smiles and giggles soooo much! I love spending time with her throughout the day but being a SAHM isn’t in the cards for me/realistic. Before her, I loved my career in ABA working with children on the spectrum. I’m a year away from finishing my program working towards my BCBA. It was my passion, and I loved it. I was great at it. But the idea of leaving my daughter brings me to so many tears and emotionally I cannot handle it. Prior to starting work I went places alone for a few hours (appointments; hair, nails, etc…) and I legit was itching to get back home to her. I have a lot of mom guilt about being away and missing things with her. I’m crying typing this just thinking about it. I know I have to go back to provide her a better life but I just wanted to know I’m not alone in that, and if resenting work/my career is normal in this stage.
