Night loo

6 is a good night for me.. 8 is my worst!

Normally 2/3 times but if i wake up i kind of think oh i should just go🤣 but the last two nights ive managed to go just once but im due my b12 injection so i think im just sleeping heavier and not waking up as much and ive stopped drinking as much water in the afternoon because i cannot be bothered to keep going where my bed is on the floor till next Wednesday 🫠🫠

About 2-3 for me. But what I find the worst is in the evening before bed I might go and then need to go again 5 mins later, that can happen like 3 or 4 times in a hour its driving me mad
