How do people survive without credit?

State help , as a college student with a lot of debt that’s how I survive

some ppl has mastered living life really really simple

We rarely use credit, but for us it's about living within or below our means so we don't need it.

We're both high earners but choose to live in a cheap area far away from where our offices are and commute in once a week. We buy a lot second hand and try to stick to £60-100 a week for food shops for the 4 of us. There are always going to be sacrifices.

Do you earn enough to cover the basics of living? Housing, utilities and food? If not then it's a much harder task and I totally understand why people spiral. The cost of living is so high!
