Undersupply

I am 8 weeks postpartum, I pump every 3 hours and I do a power pumping once a day, I drink lots of water, oats, under armour. And all I can get is 1 oz per boob every 3 hours, my question here is.
Am I going to be able to produce more ? Mom’s that were undersupply, were you able to produce more ? After all the power pumping, oats, supplements etc

My baby doesn’t latch and if he does after 2 minutes he gets super fussy. I don’t want to give up but at this point I just want to know if I ever going to get more 😔 it is mentally exhausting.

Are you doing lots of skin to skin? Are you stressed or able to relax?

hey mama! I totally hear you, my journey was also super hard with breastfeeding.
I just want you to know something, it really doesn’t matter if you succeed or not, you are doing an extremely hard job!
I did pumping each and every 3 hours around the clock, that was the key for me, but my best friend did the same and supply remained low, so its not one size fits all.

Weight loss

Anyone have any tips on how to not loose a ton of weight breastfeeding. I’m trying my hardest but not having cravings anymore. Makes it hard to eat. I’ve gone from 1:30 to 1:05 and I hate it so much. I don’t know what to do but I’m not gonna stop breast-feeding just so I can keep weight.

Lopsided!

My LG only feeds from my right boob - I’ve been told by the Breastfeeding Network that this is perfectly normal which is fine. I try to pump from the left occasionally but I don’t always get round to it… now I’ve noticed that my right boob is bigger than my left (which makes sense) but does this mean I’m permanently lopsided?! Will pumping more even then out? Will it be even out when I start weaning?

Breastfeeding for Dummies (Me)

Hello, I'm a FTM and non of my friends have breastfed, I've always said I didn't want to but my partner insists on it as his first with an ex was breastfed, I said I'd give it a try.

I'm due next month and I have no idea where to start tbf, I've seen all different types of pumps and when I've watched videos women let the baby feed off one breast and pump from the other. The pumped milk they put the milk into a flask when I've spoken to my partner he said that doesn't need to happen as I'll just switch between both.

Any advice is so appreciated, TIA.

Pumping?

Has anyone tried pumping again months and months after that initially had stopped? I’m 8m pp and I’m still making drops if I squeeze my nips. Opinions and thoughts on this matter? Nothing negative.

would you be upset??

my baby is 8mo, and he's not a great sleeper yet, so I try to be consistent with his night routine. I give him a bath at 6.30 and he's down at 7pm every day. But my family always makes plans for dinner, and are very upset when I prioritize my baby's sleep. When he gets overtired it is A NIGHTMARE. So I leave at 6pm sharp at the most, but they always complain. (by family I mean my mom, my sister and my grandma). I'm tired of explaining that he needs to sleep.
