Im so done. I can't do it anymore, is it like this for everyone, none stop from the moment I open my eyes until I shut them briefly. 2 under 2, love them dearly but I'm not enough. I can't give any more.
I hate myself. How I feel, how I look, the fact I have no time to do a little somthing for myself. It's never ending. I get that's just the way it is and I'm selfish for wanting those things. I just feel so alone in this and guilty for sounding ungrateful for my 2 miracle babies

No at all alone I sometimes feel this I have 4 beautiful children but also have 2 under 2 a nearly 2 year old and a 2month old and some days are bloody tough. Don’t ever feel guilty feeling that way, and why shouldn’t we always get to do something for ourselves

You are not selfish for wanting some time to yourself. We all get overwhelmed, overstimulated, and stressed. You deserve time to take care of yourself too.

I feel like I could have written this post. I adore my 2 under 2, but sometimes I just wish I was needed less. I'm so physically and mentally drained 😞

The amount of times the thought of packing up in the middle of the night & never looking back has crossed my mind in uncountable.. you at not alone. I'm a few months into having my second & I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It'll get better. Don't beat yourself up for feeling this way, we all go through it

You deserve to have time for yourself and you are not selfish for wanting that. I feel like moms are just wired to put everyone else’s needs before their own, and we are just always on the back burner. But you are just as important; don’t ever feel guilty for wanting alone time. It doesn’t mean we love our kids less, it just means we are humans that need to recharge as much as the next person.

First of all you're not selfish you're only human second of all you can't pour from a empty cup so you do also need to prioritise you time so evern if you have a sit down with your favourite beverage tea or coffee or soda something you like if you have a toddler and there room is safe gated and baby camera or monitor i recommend putting them in there for 5 minutes and if the other ones also a toddler I'd recommend this too if they are still a baby id recommend a play pen somewhere safe you can put them in the same room as you just so you can take a minute. See if you can ask any family or friends to have them every so often its not selfish to have a break from them as you will be more filled less stressed and able to give more to you're children ehich benefits everyone. Youre doing a great job mama ❤️

Im a mum of 3 all 6 year old 3year old and a 2 year old i understand how you're feeling iv been there myself youre far from selfish youre doing amazing and the fact you feel selfish shows how much you care as selfish mums wouldn't think about if they were selfish

It sounds like you need some self care. But yes I have the same feeling. I’m on go from the time I open my eyes to the time that I shut them. Some days I wake up an hour earlier than my kids do for a little me time. I also felt overwhelmed yesterday and left the house when after putting the kids to bed (my husband was home), and I just went to the store. And I had a great time! Raising kids can be stressful. But you got this. Like someone before me said, you can’t poor from an empty cup. I also sought out a therapist as well which helped a lot getting through postpartum depression without medication. The fact that you can identify your feelings is amazing and that makes you a great mom. Just don’t forget about taking a break, you got this!
