Sleep issues

We typically start bedtime routine with a bath around 6:30 and I bathe both my kids. I then read to them and they are typically asleep by 8. The last couple weeks or so now my son has been coming in between 11 and 2 or so and getting in bed with us. I had asked him once if he had a bad dream and he said yeah. Now anytime I ask him what's wrong when he comes in he just tells me rawr. Any tips on getting him to stay in his bed? He pretty much falls right back to sleep as soon as he is in our bed.

I had to bribe my daughter with special treats for sleeping in her bed all night. She went through a faze and honestly the treat helped for the most part. Sometimes my husband would stay with her then sneak out after she went back to bed

Can I get pregnant again after I start getting my period after birth?

I’m about 9mo postpartum and since my baby was 2 months old I started getting my period again. I assumed getting a period was a sign that I had eggs waiting to be fertilized but after all this time I haven’t gotten pregnant again? Why is that?

Awake

My 3 week old has been awake since 9pm, he’s had a bottle, nappy changes and I’ve been rocking him, tried a dummy and now 3 hours later he’s still awake, he’s fussy but not crying loads just looking around, does anyone else’s baby do this? Google says wake cycles should only be an hour/ 90 mins

Dropping to 1 nap?

My girl is 13 months tomorrow. The last couple of weeks there has been days where she is only having 1 nap.

She usually goes down around 9.30 and can sleep for 40mins- 2.5hrs. If at home, they’ve been getting longer. Then we go out and about and she often goes till bedtime 6.30/7.30. Sometimes she’ll fall asleep in the afternoon in the car, but when at childcare etc she often refuses to sleep in the afternoon.

She does manage with 1 nap as long as it is a long one. The only issue being she struggles to stay awake past 9.30/10 in the morning, so is often waking 12.30 at the latest, which then makes the afternoon really long, and she can get very grumpy in the afternoon/evening where she’s tired!

Baby sleeping longer stretches but boobs are not happy

What do we do with our hard and engorged boobs when baby decide to not wake up as many times during night anymore? I couldn't wait for this moment but now I'm in pain and want baby to wake up instead. Im using the elvie suction pump to get some milk out but maybe now baby is not getting that milk in the beginning that is for thirst?

Routines

Those of you getting 4/5/6/7 hour stretches at night, what’s your day/night one routines? Ie when are you putting them to bed? How long are they awake for before bed? How often are they napping in the day?

Asking for very tired friend 🫠😅
