My girl is 13 months tomorrow. The last couple of weeks there has been days where she is only having 1 nap.
She usually goes down around 9.30 and can sleep for 40mins- 2.5hrs. If at home, they’ve been getting longer. Then we go out and about and she often goes till bedtime 6.30/7.30. Sometimes she’ll fall asleep in the afternoon in the car, but when at childcare etc she often refuses to sleep in the afternoon.
She does manage with 1 nap as long as it is a long one. The only issue being she struggles to stay awake past 9.30/10 in the morning, so is often waking 12.30 at the latest, which then makes the afternoon really long, and she can get very grumpy in the afternoon/evening where she’s tired!

My LO turns 14m in a week. It’s the same with her. Her first nap is around 10:30-12pm. She resists the second one and gets overtired for bedtime around 8:30pm. This nap transition is the hardest :(

What time does she wake in a morning?
Sounds like she's ready to drop one. I'd try push the morning wake window by 15 minutes a day (to get to more of a lunchtime nap) and bring bedtime earlier whilst she adjusts.

We’ve just dropped second nap this weekend and moved on to one nap. But it entirely depends on what time my LO wakes in the morning. If he wakes at 6am then nap will be about 11:30/11:45 and aim for 2 hour nap and then his usual bed time. I’d recommend trialing it on a weekend if you don’t work them and see if it helps with night time sleep too.
Or if your LO is waking up early then you could do a nap in the morning (maybe 1 hour) and then if they’re getting tired you could do a really short nap (15/20 minutes) so they aren’t exhausted before bed time
