Crying

Does anyone else cry? πŸ˜‚ ive cried twice now, baby is 5 week old, so overall that isn't too bad!! But im tired.. she's very much at the stage now where she wakes instantly when i put her down. But I feel guilty for crying because I love my little girl so much and I'm crying because of the sleep deprivation that she's causing.. i always feel better after a cry

Oh! Sorry to you both that you're going through this.
Please, do not feel guilty, your body even now is going through so many changes.
Don't forget to ask for help if you need it!

Its okay to cry, sometimes you need it to reset yourself. Ive noticed with my daughter sometimes she's a little cold or just wanting a cuddle. My advice is check everything: fed, changed, etc and then take five minutes to yourself in another room or bathroom then come back. Losing the ability to sleep when you want as long as you want, combined with the crying can be a lot even if you aren't tired

No school till 5

So I’ve seen things online of people saying your child doesn’t have to be in school till term after 5th birthday.. so my daughters birthday is December. Does that mean I can register her to start September.. but up till January. She can have random days off here/ there without being fined? (Uk)

Night feeds

My baby is 4 months old and wakes up twice in the night for a bottle. When he wakes up for a feed, he is very impatient and won’t wait for me to make him a bottle (I am formula feeding). He is perfectly fine as soon as the bottle is ready and he is being fed. Can anyone suggest anything I can do as it stressing me out

First words

My baby is 1 years old and 3 weeks. Made loads of sounds like β€˜ohhhhhh’ and β€˜oooooooo’ says dada but nothing else. I’m constantly talking at him and if I say look at xyz etc he knows exactly what I’m talking about. But the words don’t come out of his mouth. Just looking for some reassurance I guess as all I see on here are babies saying 5+ words already 🀯

Fall down the stairs… please help

My son fell down the stairs and I took him straight to a and e and they said all was good thank god. The doctor said as he’s had a fall at home they have to refer me on to the health team or something??? What does that even mean? I’m scared like it was an accident

Breastfeeding struggles

I'm really not enjoying this breastfeeding journey. It's bloody relentless. Feel like my supply is reducing too at the moment. There are too many things to worry about. Whether he's got a good latch, whether he's getting enough milk, whether my supply is enough, whether I've emptied enough not to get blocked duct's.. it's just too much. Anyone else feeling the same? I feel like giving up!

Colic

When did your babies get better? My baby has colic and reflux. She’s 3 months now and I feel like her crying just got worse instead of better. Im hanging on by a thread at this point.
