I understand why this feels sad but I think it’s so lovely you have a husband that thought about that celebration for you and that there are women his side to invite too xx you never know what the future holds for you also, you might meet your future bestie through your children 🥰 I decided to have a small bbq where my husband and I revealed the gender to our family so it’s a mix of couples and children etc not just women as a baby shower just wasn’t feasible for me x

I get it, when I had my baby shower, realised I only had two good friends to invite and the rest was mostly his family. If you need someone to talk to, I’m always free. Sounds like your husband is super supportive, and doing groups and stuff with your little one when they’re growing up, should help you find mums in the same boat as you xx
