Just busy or doesn't want to be friends?

I sent my friend a message in February asking how she is and whether she'd like to meet up but didn't get a reply.
She then had a baby so I contacted her in May to congratulate her and ask how she's doing. She sent a friendly response and asked how I am, I replied and mentioned getting together with our little ones but she just disappeared again. What do you think it most likely?

Why is it so hard to keep new friends now a days?

Ok so so far every time I’ve made a friend on here it has only lasted for maybe a month or two then I get ghosted and I really don’t understand why. Yes I multiple text but sometimes I can’t help it if I feel like I’ve said something wrong and they don’t tell me or they just start ignoring me. Can anyone give me advice please 🙏🏻?
