Sorry I don’t even really know what the point of this post is but I just really need to let it out to people who don’t know me 🙃
Every time something goes wrong for my husband, or he can’t find something it’s automatically ‘my fault’ to the point he’ll even call me at work to tell me it’s my fault and then takes his frustration out verbally on me.
At least 3 times a week he goes out with his mates, I tell him he needs to be up at X time because I have to get me and our son ready etc and without fail that never happens and of course it’s my fault again. When he’s hungover he locks himself in the spare room and won’t come out until I cook dinner. If I even ask for help with our son because I need to do washing, tidying, general household stuff he gets annoyed and short with our son.
It’s got to the point we don’t even have family days out anymore because he’s too hungover or can’t be bothered and I’m fed up of making excuses for him when he doesn’t show up at family events.
Sorry I know this makes zero sense and just word vomit but I needed to let it out somewhere 😭😭

Oh dear hun! He sounds like he is ever going through something or he is literally just a waste of space

Well as harsh as this is going to sound, DROP 👏🏻 THE 👏🏻 DEAD 👏🏻 WEIGHT 👏🏻 youre doing it alone anyway! May aswell do it alone and happy instead of being with a man child who needs a 2nd mother to help him, to me, the marriage isnt even worth saving anymore, he won't change, this makes me very sad for you, for some reason we're always the ones to blame, tell him to get off his lazy fucking ass, be a parent, be a fucking husband, help out or get the fuck out, I dont have tolerance for posts like this, you deserve peace, happiness and not to dread each fucking day incase he either flips his shit or another day of staying in bed! Drop the dead weight, wash your hands and be done with it, again you deserve peace, love and happiness, not dread, uncertainty and verbal abuse because a grown man cant find his shit! Much love to OP! Be strong!

Its sounds like he has alcohol issues to be honest, going out drinking 3x a week when he has a young child at home which is impacting his ability to parent. Also, i don't want to throw around heavy accusations on a snapshot but constant blaming is a technique often used by abusers, i would look into emotional abuse, most people in abusive relationships dont know they are in one.

Jesus.. so sorry you’re having to live like that :(
