Is anyone else’s 4yo a non stop cryer?
Absolutely anything can set her off from a gentle trip, being tired, her 1yo sister not playing a game correctly or “hurting” her. She will cry if she gets served the wrong cup, or told off to any degree. Every single morning brushing her hair ends in tears, every single bath and bed time ends in tears. Meal times often take an hour to eat a small amount and then she cries 😩 any minor inconvenience will set her off, the tiniest of setbacks (if she draws a picture an makes a mistake for example will result in a full tantrum).
And when I say cry it’s full on sobbing and tantrums.
I really want to “do better” than previous generations of parents and allow her to express herself but she cries so much that now I just feel instant anger when she starts… Then feel like a terrible mum after.
What can I do to help her … or help me deal with it even?!
I hope this post hasn’t made me sound too awful … and Thank you in advance

You don’t sound awful. My 4 year old is being particularly difficult at the moment and I am finding it increasingly hard to deal with. I’ve also got a 1 year old. I feel like at the moment there’s always someone unhappy. There’s always one whinging/moaning/crying about something. It’s hard work!
