My little girl will be 3 in December and she’s showing signs she’s ready to drop her final nap but we’re having a bit of a nightmare doing so! If she has a nap, even 1/2 hour she is then up until 10ish at night! But if she doesn’t nap she’s a demon by around 5 and super tired for days afterwards.
We’re also finding even if she goes to bed without a nap it can be hit and miss. The other day she had no nap, fell straight asleep which was bliss but was then up from 12-4am thinking it was time to start the day!
She hasn’t had a nap today at nursery and she still hasn’t gone to sleep 🥴 we’re just exhausted from no space as we don’t like to leave her when she crys so we’re up and down trying to settle her like anything!
She’s got really clingy also lately when I drop her off for nursery so not sure if it’s a stage? She’s always been a really good sleeper but lately she just can’t seem to switch off and she’s so tired. Thank you x

I have no advice, but this is exactly the same as my son 😭😭😭😭

We’re going through this stage too. I think he actually still needs a nap, but often doesn’t nap and then we pay for it for days with a very grumpy overtired toddler. On days he does nap, bedtime is very late. So hard 😢
