I was tempted a couple of times to co-sleep giving that my baby start going through the sleep regression but sometimes he sleeps just if he s on my or next to me. (4months old)
I have done a couple of times at morning outs for an extra 2 hour sleep stretch with pillows at the edge of the bed on his side and me on the other side of the bed as far as possible. The duvet at the end of the bed and a pillow for myself. I m considering if his sleep gets worse for my partner to take the other room while I get the baby in bed with me but I’m really anxious about having him all night in bed. He will definitely wake 2-4 hours for feeds but still feel like I’m too worried that I will spin or somehow he falls of the bed… any advice?

Get a bed rail and if you’re in the c curl (lullaby trust safe sleep 7) your arms are in the way to stop u rolling. So long as you are sober and healthy

Dreambaby bed guard - Maggie. Amazon sell it. I have one for my 15 month old who co-sleeps with me and also have the same one at my mums house for when I stay there. It's brilliant x
