Any breastfed baby still feeds quite regularly in the daytime? I know it has been so hot lately so feeding every hour and half might be good for hydration, also I don't know if it's just because she comes close to my chest and then just roots for milk.

My bubs is 6 months tomorrow and she very rarely goes longer than 2 hours between feeds, usually it's every 70-90 mins! She only takes one boob and only feeds between 10-15 minutes at a time, she's gone from the 2nd centile to the 75th so I'm not worried!
I've been told at this age they should feed 7-9 times a day, and then told 8-10 by a different professional. My lil girl averages 12-14 feeds in 24 hours.
Evert baby is different, If yours is gaining well and you're coping with the frequency, I wouldn't worry about it - remember breastfeeding isn't just for hunger or thirst, it's how our babies regulate, find comfort and bond with us too!
You can't overfeed her, if she isn't hungry she just wont latch.
