looking for a bestie 🫶🏽

Hey y’all! 💕 I’m Caitlyn, 23 years old and I live with my husband and our 1 year old son named Avery.

I’m looking for genuine friendships and people I can really connect with. I love deep conversations, and I’m always down to FaceTime and yap for hours 😂🤍 I really enjoy wine, true crime, reading, and coloring. I’m definitely looking for friendships where we can laugh, vent and be there for each other 🫶🏽

Can I cure a UTI naturally??

Please help! Can anyone suggest herbs or something low cost that will flush UTI bacteria naturally? My insurance ran out and I just paid for my annual ONGYN visit and a vet bill out of pocket. I cannot afford and trip to the dr for a UTI right now!!! And my dr won’t send me a prescription for antibiotics without coming in so it’ll be $250-300

Wish I didn’t miss this chapter of my life

I’m a stay at home mom to two girls. I love them very much but I can’t help but wonder what life would be like for me if I went off to college instead of being a mom. It might sound immature but I always wanted to be apart of a sorority or even just have an opportunity to actually meet people and build my village instead of being so alone and sad all the time on top of being a mom. That’s just a part of my life I’ll never get to experience and I always wanted to. I don’t know if anyone feels the same way

Need honest advice about baby daddy help!

I would switch places with him in a heartbeat. He gets to work from home and be with the baby, while I work full-time in the office. I only had one month of maternity leave and was able to work from home for an additional month, but by two months old, I had to return to the office and leave our daughter with her dad and in-laws.
Now she’s almost five months old, and he complains frequently about how difficult it is. His mom is often there to help, but she struggles with the baby too. He seems increasingly frustrated, and I’m worried it’s going to affect his mental health or our relationship.

Would it be better to just put her in daycare? I really don’t want to because I’m worried about her getting sick, and I have a hard time trusting other people with her because I love her so much. But am I being selfish by refusing daycare when it seems like he’s struggling to handle everything?

What would you do?

Mixed feelings about starting maternity leave

I just want to start with saying that this baby is more than wanted, after 2 previous losses, we're so excited to be so close to meeting our little one.

So my last day is tomorrow, and I suddenly feel really sad about it, and I can't figure out why.
I'm not sure if it's down to fearing the unknown, what's coming next as it's our first. I love my job so maybe I feel like I'm going to lose myself and not have that adult interaction anymore. I don't have any close friends personally so now I'm worried that I'll start to feel lonely even when baby is here during the day while my partner is at work.

Is it normal to feel both happy and sad about it?
