I have an almost 3 year old who is very energetic and a nightmare when he doesn’t have his naps or eat properly and I have an almost 9 month old and breastfeeding. Some days I really can not be bothered to go outside because it’s draining so sometimes I’m at home for 4 days straight until my son goes to my mums for the day and me and my daughter go for a stroll is this bad? I just don’t enjoy going outside with two kids feels like torture anyone in the same boat?
We don’t have a garden so I sometimes feel guilty!

I was and still am the same way. I have four and refuse to take them anywhere by myself without my husband. So this summer we didnt go anywhere. I'm in survival mode most of the time and have to take the road less stressful.
Now that school has started and all but one has started school, Its less stressful to go places with one.
As they get older it will get easier.

While I completely get it (I have 3 boys age 8,5 and 5 weeks.) ur making it harder for yourself. 3 year olds are energetic. They need to burn if energy. Have u anyone in ur area who u can have play dates with. Or a small play park so u can sit with baby but keep a close eye on son. Is mum close enough that u cnw have a day out together with both children.
Not trying to tell u how to parent but think 8f it this way.. Until baby was born ur son was ur entire focus. Now baby is here he's not. And if ur only doing stuff like going out when he's not there he's gonna feel pushed out. (I'm having to be wary if this as my 5 year old is very clingy and has got worse since baby been born). Drop me a message if u need to chat about anything. Us mums gotta stick together xx
If you are by yourself, after you’ve filled your car with fuel do you take your baby in to the kiosk to pay or leave them in the car?

I'm a Ftm and I'm very relatively young I've been having partner issues I feel very strongly that he's cheating tbh he's cheated before and I forgave him due to us having a baby boy otw and I don't want to raise him in a broken household.we have our good moments where I forget the bad but I have moments where I don't feel loved I don't feel attractive and genuinely feel depressed and he dismisses it and me every night he's out late like 12-3 in the morning and makes it seem like I'm asking for to much when I ask him to be home at a reasonable time during the day he's constantly out the house and I'm always stuck in bc he has the car I basically paid for but isn't in my name bc I don't have my license I'm lonely all the time he's isolated from the friends I had and it's so hard to make new ones when I'm constantly stuck in the house idk what to do I'm financially dependent on him and would have nowhere to go if I leave I'm just hurt and anytime I express it or cry he says if something happens to the baby because I'm crying and stressing the blame is gonna be all on me making me feel guilty for feeling how I do I gave so much up for this man I just can't believe he's doing me like this

You're going out to the playground for an hour and they've been asked to take their washing out once the machine is finished.
But... The child lock is on and it doesn't open. They've never used this fairly new WM before.

Me and my partner have been together 10 years and I’m almost 9 months pregnant with my second
I feel like he doesn’t even try to bond with the bump
Every time baby moves/kicks I get excited and say LOOK or Come feel and he just says “ew it freaks me out”
I feel like I’ve expressed the need and support that I need over and over again I’m tired of the one always cleaning, washing, planning things.
I’ve been the one to buy most of the baby stuff, only thing he bought was the pram in March even though my income is 3X less than what he makes
I try to get him involved in the decisions as little as what outfits we’re buying/ first outfit home etc but just feel like he couldn’t care less
He stays up till 4am all the time playing his games then wakes me up getting into bed with his phone or with him moving around and then expects me to wake him up in the mornings and it drives me insane as we already have another child who wakes up at 6am every morning and I’m the one constantly up and making breakfasts, cleaning etc whilst he knows I’m up and down all night needing to pee, drink so I’m not even getting full sleep myself
He doesn’t keep track of any of my appts, feel like he doesn’t pay attention to anything I say
Can’t remember the last time I got some flowers or even heard a “im proud of you and all this hard work you’re doing and going through”
I don’t have a mum, my dad lives in a different country and I have no mum friends and just want someone to be excited with me or feel listened to is that too much to ask for ? Am I just feeling it more because of my hormones or should I stand my ground even if it causes a argument

We have ants sooooo bad. They are in our pantry sooo bad. Eating up and getting into our food. I was upstairs with my toddler, came downstairs and into the kitchen to see him spraying highly toxic pesticides. These pesticides are so toxic. You’re supposed to wear a mask and gloves while spraying them. It’s also not an indoor pesticide it’s meant for outdoors because you’re not supposed to breathe it in. He was spraying it in our pantry with our food in the pantry. Our pantry is so full with hundreds of dollars worth of food in there. I don’t wanna throw it out, but I don’t wanna be unsafe. I have a toddler and I’m six months pregnant… should I throw the food out? I don’t know what to do. I chewed my husband out for it. He somehow doesn’t seem anything wrong with it.. I felt this was really out of character for him. He’s always really safe and really smart about things. 🤦🏻♀️ what do I do? He only sprayed the ceiling and the top of the walls, but there is a top shelf a few inches down.

I (from the South) married into a Mexican family and I truly love them dearly. However, there are still things I’m trying to figure out with culturally.
My husband’s family insisted on planning my baby shower and is taking care of everything so I don’t have to stress about it. I was able to choose all the theme but other than that, everything else was being handled. Originally they were serving birria because it’s a food I really love and have been able to stomach throughout my pregnancy. However, my father-in-law requested for ceviche to be served instead. Two weeks before the shower, I find out the menu was changed to ceviche. When I asked the family about it and explained due to it being raw fish that’s something I cannot eat while pregnant, they responded that I could order a pizza and bring it with me to the party… I’m truly confused on if this is normal in Mexican culture. Is it when a man asks for something that’s the finale decision or if this was just a weird coincidence?
If you have experiences or explanations I would love if you could please share them. I’m truly not trying to complain. I just want to learn my husband’s culture better day by day.
Thank you.
