Going on 5 weeks old - Will feed, burp, keep baby up right for the longest time and then put down to sleep. 15 minutes later he is up crying or moaning to be picked up. I’m fine with this during the day but I’m exhausted for the overnight turn. I’ve tried swaddling and thousands of different positions and whatever else I can think of but is there anything someone is doing that works wonders for them that I could try? I know he is tiny and doesn’t know he is his own person but I’m so tired and still have an 8 year old to entertain during the day.

Have you tried swaddling? My LO was the same and my mum swaddled him with a muslin and was a different baby. We then purchased loved to dream swaddle they’re expensive but got loads on Vinted. He then only wakes for feeds x

What are his bowel movements like.. Could it be trapped wind. Have u tried white noise. My sons about the same age and we had this so now use infacol to make sure we get all the gas up and have a white noise machine next to his bed. We also invested in a rocker that attaches to his bed so we don't have to sit and rock it ourselves. (I know how ur feeling. I also have an 8 and a 5 year old so know how tiring it can be) xx

I know it not the best but look into safe sleep 7 it’s the only way I’ve gotten through the past 8 weeks
Had my daughter 9 weeks ago and I’m not sure why i feel like my son who is 2 keeps on annoying me and i just want him out of the way and all i can think about is my life without him .. he has autism and makes everything so much harder and I’m 22 trying to juggle all of this i feel crazy i had such a strong bond with my son when i was pregnant but after i have started to feel like i kind of don’t like him and wish he just wasn’t around me has anyone experienced this problem please i feel crazy and horrible i love my son but i just don’t understand why i feel like this

At what age do contact naps become less regular? Don’t get me wrong, I love how serene he looks and love that he feels safest with me and 75% of the time it’s actually nice to just sit down with him and enjoy the moment. However, there are some days where I just feel a little drained from the constant-ness of it and I feel like I’m trying to get things done/look after my needs in his wake windows when he’s happy to go in his chair and watch me but then feel terrible for the lack of interaction with him where he’s my sole focus and tummy time, etc.

Morning everyone! Just wondering what a typical day looks like for you? How often is your baby on a play mat or in a bouncer etc?
I'm not really sure what my wake windows should look like and how long she should spend in my arms or on her play mat etc Per wake window / day.

How are we doing naps? Wake windows? Sleepy cue? Rocking? Feeding? Dark room? Bright room?

Hey everyone! I wonder whether I can get some people’s opinions on nursing chairs.. Are they worth it? Do you actually use them? ☺️

I need help and I need help fast. I am struggling mentally so badly.
My 14 month old is going to bed at 7pm every night and wakes around 10pm, 1pm which I cannot settle him without a bottle so he’ll have the bottle (cows milk) then go back to sleep.
He wakes up around 4am, I have tried more milk to see if he’ll go back to sleep but he won’t.
I am completely exhausted and drained and mentally broken trying to understand what im doing so wrong. I’m the one doing all feeds and wake ups as baby dad is pure useless.
Baby has 2 naps per day totalling 2 hours as a whole. I’ve tried cutting his naps down but him himself is also shattered from such a broken night.
I am NOT here to be judged, if you’re going to be a Karen do it on your own life, I need help and that’s all please x
