Please help 😢

I need help and I need help fast. I am struggling mentally so badly.

My 14 month old is going to bed at 7pm every night and wakes around 10pm, 1pm which I cannot settle him without a bottle so he’ll have the bottle (cows milk) then go back to sleep.

He wakes up around 4am, I have tried more milk to see if he’ll go back to sleep but he won’t.

I am completely exhausted and drained and mentally broken trying to understand what im doing so wrong. I’m the one doing all feeds and wake ups as baby dad is pure useless.

Baby has 2 naps per day totalling 2 hours as a whole. I’ve tried cutting his naps down but him himself is also shattered from such a broken night.

I am NOT here to be judged, if you’re going to be a Karen do it on your own life, I need help and that’s all please x

My son is 14 months old and wakes every 2 hours. He’s never slept through the night and always been a bad sleeper. We heavily leant into cosleeping and it’s really helped, maybe you could try this? And if baby daddy says no, just say it’s either this or you start helping with night feeds. My husband didn’t love it to start with but now he loves it more than me. Still wakes but way easier to settle and I don’t have to get up

You’re not doing anything wrong! Sleep is so hard because all babies are so different.
2 naps for total 2 hours, and 2 night wakes / having milk to get back to sleep all sounds quite normal for that age. 7pm bed time is quite early so waking at 4am means he’s still getting 9 hours sleep. So he’s getting 11 hours sleep overall which is in the normal range (11-14 hours for that age).
But just because it’s normal doesn’t mean it’s working for you or should be easy!
Have a look at Lyndsey Hookway’s books or instagram as there’s so much great advice - all gentle and evidence-based.
You could consider gradually moving bedtime later so he wakes later too - I know I’d prefer a 9pm bedtime and 6am morning wake up!
Hope this helps and things get better for you soon x

Is there something I can give my 2 month old for constipation? šŸ¤”

My baby girl is 2 months old, and she recently went through a formula change, she was going regularly, and then all of a sudden she has stopped being regular... its also presenting itself as diarrhea, is that normal??

Day time naps

My baby girl is 6 weeks old. She sleeps so well during the night, no fuss and is now only waking up once for a feed!

Since she’s born she’s slept really good at night time but always wants contact naps during the day. Everytime I put her down she would wake it never worked.

But I feel like in the last week she’s struggling to settle even with contact naps. Takes her ages to settle like she’s fighting falling asleep.

Did anyone else experience this? Any advice?

Car seat tantrums

Does anyone else’s 3 month old suddenly hate their car seat? He used to be fine in it but now every drive he is hysterical to the point of no consoling without stopping the car. Is it the car seat or just a phase?

When did you stop using onesies?

My seven month old is wearing 12 to 18 months clothes and I’m struggling to find onesies or zipper pajamas this sizs. should I just go ahead and start using pants shorts and regular shirts and then for pajamas maybe also just pants and shirt instead of zipper
He sleeps through the night, so no diaper changes

Soo, what are we doing with our babies?

Morning everyone! Just wondering what a typical day looks like for you? How often is your baby on a play mat or in a bouncer etc?

I'm not really sure what my wake windows should look like and how long she should spend in my arms or on her play mat etc Per wake window / day.
