Yes that sounds crazy but it’s somewhat true.
For context me and my bd have been together for over 4 years since hs and I do really love him with all my heart. (It’s not like I hate him or anything he is the reason why I have my beautiful child.) The only reason why we even got together is because I practically forced him to ask me to be his girlfriend because I like titles and at the time he didn’t care for it when we were talking, and for the girls that know how that feels like with a nonchalant guy understands how frustrating that is.
It was pretty toxic with us breaking up almost every month to a point where during the third year of us being together he got another girlfriend. I was heartbroken because I was practically teaching him how to treat me and he did everything I wanted with him to her. I slowly got over him but we ended back together.
Fast forward to the present he has become more chalant ( though I really feel like it’s because of his ex) but ever since it’s like we are roommates and I genuinely think it’s because of me. I always chased him, I used to give him so many gifts and love on him like crazy. He never reciprocated that and I really hated it.
I did talk to him about it a couple of times and his answer was always “why chase you when I already have you?”. Like it’s not like I’m an ugly girl every time I go out before my baby, during my pregnancy and after my baby people would love to chase me and I love the feeling of being desired but I don’t get that from my partner and I really want it.
It’s sooo embarrassing being on this app and seeing all these lovely couples and hearing all these wonder people talking about their marriage and how great their relationship is going while I feel like a friend with benefits to the guy I had a baby with. I just want to feel like no matter how insecure I get or how much my body changes that someone would show genuine interest in me in and outdoors and im starting to seek attention from other people even though I know it’s wrong.
What should I doo?😭

If it isn’t working I’d just be mature and end things personally no point cheating because it’ll make you look the bad person. Your completely valid for wanting to be desired and he should be treating you like that not like room mates x

My relationship is in a shit hole. But I need my partner to co parent as my life has been decimated since trusting him to helm the ship. Turns out he is still a child who needs a mommy and his mommy is trying to get rid of me anyway.
I had an ex who found a new gf as soon as going got tough and we had to be long distance for a short period of time then he came to my new country of residence and we got back together but I kind of never forgave him and it ended years later with me leaving him for another guy so I shouldn’t have ever gotten back with him bc I never was able to forgive in the end

Relationships tend to go to shit with a new baby btw

No excuse for a poor partner though
I am needing new ideas for snacks and meals for my 18 month old. He's typically a pretty good eater but we struggle getting him to eat protein. Looking for some healthy high protein/ high fat ideas that might not end up on the floor 😆.
No allergies and the only things he really refuses are eggs, and any kind of unground meat.

Hello ladies. I am scheduled to travel alone with my son this October on a 14 hour flight.
Looking for tips specifically on below:-
- navigating airport. I suppose it’s not possible to bring a cabin trolley luggage since I have to push a stroller at the same time. How to pack baby essentials?
- on flight - the flight will take off at 9pm. What time should I put my son to sleep? What do I entertain him on a 14 hour flight?
- any other thoughts / recommendations?
Thanks in advance!

My husband and I are going on a cruise this weekend. I saw that my son was potentially unable to go because we couldn't get his passport on time. I got excited. SO excited. I love my son more than life itself.. but a 4 day vacation without him felt like paradise...
Until my cousin told my husband that we could just use his birth certificate. I was so pissed and frustrated. This vacation is costing us $2000+. I wanted to be able to enjoy it. Now I feel ungrateful and a bad mom knowing he'll be coming. He's 4.. and severely hyperactive. I won't enjoy myself at all. Literally all I'm looking forward to now is the unlimited liquor 😂😅.
I'm also an introvert. I'm going with my family. *Heavily extroverted people*
I hate myself for wishing he wouldn't be there.. am I alone on this?

Hi looking for some mum advice!
My little boy has his 12 month jab today and my husband is on annual leave for the next two weeks and wants to book a holiday for us to go away.
I’m nervous anyway as will be first abroad holiday but now hearing stories about the side effects of the jabs and wondering whether the timing is awful for my little boy.
Would you go on holiday (Spain most likely) in the days after the 1 year jabs or is that just asking for trouble?

Hi moms - need some advice. Me and partner are in desperate need to have just the one night together.
We love our daughter so dearly we don’t want to leave her, but obviously after one year of not sleeping together only us in the same bed we miss each other a lot. Even our wedding night we shared a bed with her as she was so young - so no wedding sex 🤣
We sleep with her and she is our everything. But we are also a couple, and we both see and feel the need for just us time.
Just everytime I think about the thought of leaving her for the night (with grandparents who know her so well), I feel guilty! How did you handle the situation of night away from your baby? Like, without thinking about them the entire time!
